Two weeks ago we were a push away from perfect. Last week we were a game away from winless 1-5. On the season we are now 36-35-3. Lines are provided by DraftKings.
Green Bay Packers @ Detroit Lions (-8)
The Lions showed last week division games are hard but they are built to overcome that adversity. Jordan Love is quietly figuring this NFL quarterback thing out have three pretty impressive games. The Packers keep this close but Detroit wins. Take the 8 points.
Washington Commanders @ Dallas Cowboys (-13)
The Commanders have caused issues for divisional foes for a long time while not being good. Philly has gotten by but barely. Dallas has lost a few times as well. This is a huge spread and I see the Commanders covering it.
San Francisco 49ers @ Seattle Seahawks (-7)
Geno is hurt and the Niners are all healthy. This spread should be higher in my opinion. San Francisco hasn’t let Seattle stay within two touchdowns of them in the last three games. Take the Niners and lay the points.
Miami Dolphins @ New York Jets (-10)
The Jets finally have a former Packers quarterback under center just not the one the fans wanted. The defense is still good and has given division foes fits. Tens a big number to cover on the road. I’m going to take the Jets and the points. Miami to win though.
Pittsburgh Steelers @ Cincinnati Bengals (+2)
The Steelers and Bengals are both at a crossroads. Jake Browning is under center for the Bengals which doesn’t give much hope. Pittsburgh just pulled a move they haven’t since the 40s, firing a coach in season. Canada’s firing gives the offense a jolt as you could see the frustration from all parties involved. Take the Steelers and lay the 2
New Orleans Saints @ Atlanta Falcons (-1)
Nine televised games are going to leave us a few stinkers in the noon hour. At least the Steelers versus Bengals has a storied tradition. Falcons turn to Desmond Ridder once again while New Orleans starter is up in the air. I’m going to take the Saints.
Buffalo Bills @ Philadelphia Eagles (-3.5)
The Eagles are winning close. The Bills are looking to reclaim their spot at the top of the AFC. Josh Allen keeps it close and Jalen Hurts puts it away at the end. Take the Bills and the 3.5
Baltimore Ravens @ Los Angeles Chargers (+3.5)
Baltimore is in the driver’s seat for the AFC bye. The Chargers are in the driver’s seat to replace their head coach sooner rather than later. A tirade defending his awful defense and subliminal putting it on the offense isn’t a good look. Baltimore goes to LA and wins big. Staley should get the boot sooner rather than later.
Chicago Bears @ Minnesota Vikings (-3.5)
The passtronaut has the Vikings in the playoffs. Justin Fields returned last week and once again lost in stunning fashion. This kid has all the tools but can’t seem to win. Despite losing in Denver Minnesota looked like the better team. Brian Flores defense gives Fields fits. Josh Dobbs and the Vikings by a touchdown lay the 3.5.
