1. Philadelphia Eagles – They went into Kansas City and gritted out a win. Beating Andy Reid after a bye is always a big win
2. Kansas City Chiefs – A great defense and a not-so-great offense. They did outplay Philly for most of the Monday night affair. I’m going to put it at about 95% this will be the rematch I’m February.
3. Miami Dolphins – Jalen Ramsay seems to be a difference maker. Since his return, Miami hasn’t had to rely solely on its offense.
4. Dallas Cowboys – Another impressive win against another bad team. Thanksgiving they take on the Commanders who always seem to give them a problem when we all eat turkey.
5. Baltimore Ravens – Thursday’s matchup turned out to be a dud as Joe Burrow left injured. The Ravens may have lucked into the division crown as there are no decent quarterbacks left. They do have some compelling matchups after the bye.
6. San Francisco 49ers – San Francisco looks to have gotten over their mid-season hiccup and looks like a real title contender again. There is always the chance that Mr. Hyde comes back but if they keep stacking wins they’ll be dangerous.
7. Detroit Lions – A tight game against the Bears shouldn’t be too surprising as they are a division rival and Justin Fields did return. After Thursday’s game four out of five of their next contests are on the road and it could be an eye-opener for them.
8. Jacksonville Jaguars – A big win against the Titans has the Jags back on the right path, they do however look to avenge an early season loss this week and put a choke hold on their division.
9. Cleveland Browns – In a matchup of two defenses without quarterbacks the Browns stood tall. The signing of Joe Flacco gives them a veteran that could lead them to the playoffs.
10. Houston Texans – A young team that doesn’t know they shouldn’t be good for another year. CJ Stroud goes from the quarterback no one wanted to a dark horse MVP candidate.
