Rams get demolished

On Sunday the Rams went to Jerry’s world to face off against the Cowboys. This contest was very one-sided and was very hard to watch but I’ll walk you through what happened anyway.

To start the game the Rams brought the pressure on Dak Prescott they got to him three times on the opening drive, yet the Cowboys still managed to score a touchdown. It was an 18-yard pass to the tight end, Jake Ferguson. On the ensuing Rams drive they were able to push down the field and settle for a field goal. However, there was a very questionable no-call as Cooper Kupp got held down in the red zone. On the next drive, Dallas drove down the field and got three points out of that drive.

Now this is the part where the Rams just imploded. Matthew Stafford on the very next drive threw the worst pass I have ever seen from him as a Ram. Pick Six right to the Cowboys DB Bland. Now the next part is where this writer decides to shut off the television and take an angry nap. After going three and out on the next drive we lined up for a punt, snapped it, and got blocked for a safety.

I did not witness this live but before the end of the half CeeDee Lamb scored two touchdowns. CeeDee finished the game with 12 receptions, 158 yards and 2 TDs. At this point, the score was 3 to 33 and all hope was lost. The Rams did score at the end of the half via a 1-yard TD by Royce Freeman, followed by an unsuccessful 2-point conversion.

To start the second half the Rams showed a little bit of life and scored off of a 20-yard pass to Ben Skowronek followed by the Philly special with a pass from Tutu Atwell to Matthew Stafford. In this play, it is believed Matthew Hurt his thumb. The Cowboys went on to score 10 more points and the Rams only got a measly field goal.

Cowboys win this one 43- 20.
