- Phillies Catcher J.T. Realmuto hits an RBI double which scores Bryce Harper.
- Phillies lead 5-0 after 5 innings.
Top of the 6th Inning:
- Diamondbacks Shortstop Geraldo Perdomo hits a 2-run home run which scores Evan Longoria.
- Phillies lead 5-2 after 5.5 innings.
Top of the 7th Inning:
- Diamondbacks Center Fielder Alek Thomas hits a sacrifice fly which scores Christian Walker.

Phillies Notes:
Batting: Great power hitting for the Phillies. Only area I would say to improve upon is getting consistent hits with runners in scoring position because this game would have been completely out of reach.
Zack Wheeler: Fantastic start but his final inning pitching was less than ideal. I think he needs to learn that he can not be pitching those fastballs for as long as he was. But I am not going to completely hate his stellar performance.
Relievers: A few issues here. Some of the relievers came in and refused to throw strikes which led to another run being scored. If the pitchers can clean up the mistakes from this game then the Phillies can dominate this series.
