Not a whole lot to write home about here Yankees fans… Game 1 was a nice come from behind win but Games 2 and 3 were train wrecks. I’ve been calling for Boone’s head for 3 seasons now and his decision making just continues to solidify my claims. New York should have won the series but after the train derailed in the 7th inning of game 2, things never picked back up for the bombers in this series.
The Yankees are a VERY streaky team, and I have a suspicion we may have a rough upcoming weekend series against the Padres… Maybe even carries past that and into the Seattle series after that. Really depends on which Yankees team wants to show up on those days. Thanks for listening to my Ted talk, hopefully after this weekend I can step back off of the ledge with this team…
