The bucks have a perfect week, winning 3 out of 3 games this week!

The Bucks are still third in the Eastern concurrence, but it looks like things are Turning in the right direction!

Game 1 Monday, January 23rd

Bucks 150 @ Pistons 130

Scoring Leaders:

Bucks-

Antetokounmpo 29 PTS, 12 REB, 4 AST

Pistons-

Bogdanovic 33 PTS, 3 REB, 1 STL

First, welcome back to Giannis and Middleton! A pretty good night from Giannis as his usual, and a good start for Middleton. I was happy to see him come off the bench to start. To make the game even better, the Bucks came out and took control of the game from the beginning. Scoring 49 points in the first quarter! A little high in the turnovers with 18, but that wasn’t stopping the Bucks. Otherwise great shooting from everywhere on the court, a solid game for having the key players back! Unfortunately, a fan favorite Portis sprained his right MCL and ankle. He’s expected to miss two weeks.

Game 2 Wednesday, January 25th

Nuggets 99 @ Bucks 107

Scoring Leaders:

Bucks-

Antetokounmpo 33 PTS, 14 REB, 4 AST, 3 STL

Nuggets-

Gordon 26 PTS, 14 REB, 4 AST, 2 BLK

The Bucks pull out the victory over the short-handed Nuggets. Don’t let that fool you though, the Nuggets put up a tough fight. It wasn’t until the fourth quarter that the Bucks had what resembled what looked like a lead. Either way, the Bucks pulled out the win at the end of the game. A great high-percentage shooting night, but again high on the turnover side with 22. A pretty good night for Connaughton with 19 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals!

Game 3 Friday, January 27th

Bucks 141 @ Pacers 131

Scoring Leaders:

Bucks-

Antetokounmpo 41 PTS, 12 REB, 6 AST, 1 STL, 1 BLK

Pacers-

Turner 24 PTS, 5 REB, 4 BLK

Another game another Bucks win! Three in a row and this one was the Bucks game from the beginning. They went into halftime with a 29-point lead! A great shooting night, and fewer turnovers than usual. To top it all off, Middleton had a decent night with 17 points in 15 minutes of play. I do think the limited play is going to be the best for getting Middleton back to his former form.

Next up the Bucks will face the Pelicans, Hornets, Clippers, and Heat. Should be an exciting week of games for the Bucks!
