The Toronto Maple Leafs win 2 more games this week but continue to sit in 2nd place in the Atlantic, 13 points behind the Boston Bruins. Here are the individual game results:

Looking like a back and forth matchup in the beginning, Toronto used a 4 goal 2nd period to easily pull away from the Islanders, 5-2.
NYR 2 TOR 3 F/OT
Toronto struggled offensively for most of the night, falling behind 2-1 after the 2nd period. Toronto would end up tying the game in the 2nd before Mitch Marner scored a beautiful diving goal just 19 seconds into OT to win it for Toronto.
OTT 6 TOR 2
Not much to say about this one. Ilya Samsonov got the emergency start and struggled mightily. The Leafs just could not contain the Sens offence.
Toronto picks back up today at 5:00pm ET at home against the Washington Capitals.
