Jan 16 2023 game recap:
The Utah Jazz didn’t do as good at the beginning of the first quarter, but they then started to do better and was able to tie the game 27-27 at the end of the first! The 2nd quarter started the Jazz didn’t do as good, then they started to be Abel to defend but couldn’t shoot threes, the Jazz ended this first half being behind 52-58!
Second half recap:
The Utah Jazz started this half by getting to the basket and getting fouled! They also doing good at defending but couldn’t get stops to take the lead yet, the Jazz started to be able to shoot better well defending and cut down the Timberwolf’s lead. The Jazz was able to tie the game 77-77 with 4.13 left of the 3rd quarter, the Jazz did finally take the lead with 3:56 left of the 3rd quarter 79-77 with Walker Kessler basket!
They ended the 3rd still being down 87-95.
The Jazz was able to do good defending and shooting in the 4th quarter, they did tie the game 104-104 with 7:49 left of the game, the Jazz then brought Walker back to get rebounds and blocks, since they wasn’t able to make shots/defend after awhile. They was able to get back to defending and making shots after Walker came back, they started to shoot better and defend to take a 3 point lead. They won by 1 point 126-125!
Jan 20 2024 game recap:
The Jazz started this game really slow, they let the Nets take a lead and so far couldn’t get ahead. They then started to be able to defend and shoot the three to cut down the Nets lead, 28-22 end of the first quarter! The Jazz did a 10-0 run to start the 2nd quarter and down by 2 with 6:39 left of the first half! The Jazz did take the lead finally in the 2nd quarter and doing better, they ended the first half taking the lead 55-51!
Second half recap:
The Jazz started this 3rd quarter not doing so well, but still was able to keep the lead! The Jazz couldn’t shoot the three or defend in the third quarter, they also turnover the ball too many times, they then started to shoot the three and get to the foul line to take the lead back, 11-3 run for the Jazz they then ended the first half tied 83-83! The Jazz started the 4th quarter slow, couldn’t make threes or defend the Nets. They couldn’t stop Irving from making shots, the Jazz was able to cut the Nets lead by only 2 Points, 100-102 with 4:07 left of the game! The Jazz lost this game 106-117!
