The game started with a beautiful Jalen Ramsey interception. From there we witnessed a handful of field goals and a beautiful Tutu Atwell touchdown to end the half.
When the second half came around Geno threw an absolute beauty to Lockett for six. Tying the game at thirteen a piece. We get a field goal, they get a field goal… And then, with little time left the seahawks decided to line up the game-winning field goal on the right hashmark, just to doink it on the right post.
Overtime comes around, Seahawks win the toss. They are forced to punt and then Baker makes his worst pass as a Ram. The Seahawks drive down, and line the ball up in the middle of the field. Seahawks win 16-19. End of story. End if season. Hopefully not the end for Sean McVay.
This season was a disappointment for sure. However, there were some bright moments I’ll never forget. I made my first trip to SoFi to watch my Rams beat down the Panthers. I saw a battered team come back and beat the Raiders. I saw the Rams do what they do best, terrorize Russel Wilson, and on a Christmas too! 5-12 and I still love this team.
