The Bolts opportunity of winning their home opener was taken away by the Flyers. All the production seems to be through Stamkos, scoring two more goals to spark the Lightning to a 2-0 lead.
Philadelphia was able to rally back to stun the Bolts to win 3-2.

After blowing a 2 point lead and losing to the Flyers, the lightning were able to come from behind to tie it with a Brayden Point goal to send it to overtime. Point was able to find the back of the net again in OT to seal the game. Steven Stamkos was able to extend his goal streak to 5 games.

Tampa bay was able to put up 5 on the Islanders helping back up G Brian Elliott who saved 32-35. Brayden Point started right where he left off opening up the scoring in this game. Hagel, Paul, and Killorn were able to score their first goals of the season.
