To wrap up the regular season the Jays headed to Baltimore looking to stay hot heading into the playoffs and they did just that, winning the series 2-1. The Jays finish the regular season with a 92-70 record and 2nd place in the AL East. A huge tip of the cap goes out to the Orioles as they were predicted by most to lose 100+ games yet again but shocked everyone to finish above .500 with an 83-79 record, and finished just 3 games out of a playoff spot. Here are the game results:
Game 1:
TOR 5 BAL 1 F/8
WP: Berrios (12-7 5.23) LP: Kremer (8-7 3.23) SV: Mayza (2)
Game 2:

Next up the Jays will head home for their first playoff series! They will face the Seattle Mariners (90-72) in the best of 3 wild card series. The Orioles will look to improve on their surprising season and make the AL East that much more difficult, especially with all of their elite young talent.
